A personal take on some of the menus my friends and I encounter when we dine together (mostly here in Manila). Just for fun and passion for cooking... and eating! Nothing fancy and extravagant. I just love to recreate the dish that interests me most so that I (and loved ones) can indulge in it! Most of it are from my friends' recommendation. I oblige! So that I could share it to the world. I don't intend to divulge recipes from anyone/anyplace. These are all according to what I tasted. :) I shall try to include the cost as well, as my better-half suggested. So there, this is my food adventure blog! From rediscovering the place, tasting the menu, to recreating it! I thank my lover and friends for accompanying me. Flaming Wings Chocolate Hazelnut Panini (Php70)
Great snack to serve almost anyone at anytime. Quick and easy.
You just need:
Crumpy Chocolate Hazelnut (Duo or not)
Tasty bread (preferably Gardenia)
Butter
Maple syrup
Cocoa powder for dusting (optional)
My favorite fruit. :D This usually costs 28 -30 php a piece, but i just found out at SM Megamall Supermarket that it now costs 20php a piece only! Mom said it’s 15php at the wet market.
Best when served chilled!
First year Anniversary dish for Arnolf! Because he loves to eat!
This is my first take on Dulcinea’s Spaghetti a Lasagna. Here are the ingredients:
1 kilo Spaghetti pasta
onion & garlic, salt & pepper
1/2 kilo ground beef
1 medium carrot
1 - 750ml Spaghetti sauce
2 - 250ml Tomato sauce
5 - 8oz. cheese
All purpose cream & milk for layering
*at secret ingredient! *
